If you have a VW California with the factory fitted awning please check your awning before placing your order. Some California's have been fitted with the Thule 5102, in this case the legs of the awning fold down in front of the lead rail and not behind like other Thule awnings. If you are unsure please get in touch with us.

Front privacy shade made from medium weight 100% waterproof high tenacity nylon with a polyurethane coating creating a waterproof barrier. The fabric also has DWR finish (durable water repellent) water beads and rolls off the fabric.
The shade panel has a width (drop from awning cassette to floor) of 215cm The tie down straps are made from strong nylon webbing and welded metal D rings for extra strength; bungee shock cords are supplied and a waterproof drawstring bag, these may vary in colour.
The shade panel can easily be fitted and removed within minutes, it simply slides into your wind-out awning cassette channels and will give you shade in the hot sun, shelter from the rain and privacy when you are on site.
